3. How far in advance should I book your services for my event? We recommend booking our services as early as possible to ensure availability for your desired date. Popular dates, such as weekends and holidays, tend to fill up quickly. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

4. Can I customize my photography and videography package? Yes, we offer customizable packages to suit your specific needs and preferences. Whether you require additional coverage hours, multiple photographers/videographers, or special editing requests, we can tailor a package to fit your requirements.

5. What is included in your wedding photography/videography package? 7. How long does it take to receive my edited photos/videos? The turnaround time for edited photos and videos varies depending on the scope of the project and our current workload. Generally, clients can expect to receive their edited photos within 4-6 weeks and videos within 6-8 weeks after the event.

8. Do you provide a sneak peek or preview of the images/videos before final delivery? Yes, we often provide clients with a sneak peek or preview of a selection of edited images/videos within a few days after the event. This gives you a glimpse of the final product and allows for any feedback or adjustments before full delivery.

9. How do I secure my booking with IV The Moment? To secure your booking, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. We accept payments via cash, check, or electronic transfer.

10. What measures do you take to ensure the privacy and security of my photos/videos? We take the privacy and security of your photos/videos seriously. We store all files securely and only share them with authorized personnel involved in the editing and delivery process. We also provide clients with options for password-protected online galleries and encrypted file transfers for added security.
